Students entering the 7th grade for 2010-2011 school year will need the following additions to previous immunization requirements:
1. Tdap-if it has been 5 or more years since the last dose of tetanus-containing vaccine.
2. Meningococcal Vaccine--1 dose
3. Varicella vaccine--2 doses unless student has a written statement from a parent, legal guardian, school nurse, or physician attesting to the child's positive history of varicella disease or immunity.

Students entering kindergarten will need the following additions to previous immunization requirements:
1. Hepatitis A vaccine--2 doses
2. Varicella vaccine--2 doses
3. MMR vaccine--2 doses
